The Norris project is located in the neighborhood of Sylmar, CA off the 210 freeway just North of Van Nuys and to the East of Granada Hills, CA. The project consisted of 14 single family home each approximately 1,746 square feet. The project was complete in 2012.

This luxury development is located in the neighborhood of Bel Air. Just South of the San Fernando Valley and North-West of Beverly Hills, CA. The entire project consisted of the development of 3 lots into 3 custom modern luxury single family residences. The homes were 5,300 square feet each and were completed in 2014.

The Lake View Terrace 10 property is located in the neighborhood of Lake View Terrace, CA off the 210 freeway just East of Sylmar and West of Sunland, CA. This 10 lot single family development was designed and built as equestrian property. There were two floor plan types ranging from approximately 3,016 - 3,290 square feet and were completed in 2015.

The Hubbard Street project is located in the neighborhood of Sylmar. Just North of Van Nuys and to the East of Granada Hills, CA. The project consisted of 21 detached condominium homes for the entry level buyer all at 1,420 square feet and were completed in 2013.

The NoHo 18 community is located in the neighborhood of North Hollywood, CA just East of the 170 freeway and West of the City of Burbank. The community consisted of 18 single family homes and there were three floor plan types ranging from approximately 1,645 - 2,730 square feet. The project was complete in 2015.
